DATA + EVENTS + CUSTOMER INTERACTION ✨

Don't want to sit behind a desk all day?

We're hiring Event Data Assistants to support our team with customer information, registrations, data updates and on-site event activities.

💰 ATTRACTIVE PAY

🔥 PART-TIME: $500–$1000/WEEK
• Minimum 3 weekdays/week
• Monday to Friday only

🚀 FULL-TIME: $2,600–$3,100/MONTH
• Monday to Friday

🕙 10:00AM – 7:00PM

📋 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support different events and campaign locations
• Approach and welcome customers at event sites
• Assist customers with registrations and simple forms
• Collect and accurately record customer information
• Update customer details into company systems
• Perform simple data entry and daily updates
• Check information for accuracy and completeness
• Assist customers with basic enquiries
• Explain event information and available options
• Guide customers through simple onboarding processes

• Assist with customer flow during busy periods
• Ensure all information collected is properly organised

• Comfortable using a phone, tablet or computer
• Able to enter information accurately
• Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
• Organised and responsible
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to commit minimum 3 weekdays/week for Part-Time
• Minimum 4 months commitment
• Able to attend interview within 2 days
• Able to start immediately / short notice
