- Able to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Good spoken and written English
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Your Responsibilities
Bartenders
- Prepare cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks to standard
- Engage guests with warm, attentive service
- Recommend and upsell drinks, cocktails, and promotions
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and organization
- Assist with setup, closing, and inventory
- Work closely with floor and kitchen teams
