Profile:

Tech-savvy and customer-oriented? Join Mister Mobile as a Retail Advisor (Full/Part-Time). Gain hands-on experience in repairs, sales, and service. No experience needed—full training provided. Homemakers and returnees are welcome.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose device issues, provide quotations, and manage repair job sheets.
Test and grade trade-in devices; process secure instant payouts.
Handle walk-in and online sales enquiries via website and WhatsApp.
Manage collections, product testing, warranties, and payment collection.
Upsell accessories and install screen protectors professionally.
Maintain high integrity in cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements:

Min. N/O-Level or equivalent; ITE/Nitec in IT/Electronics is a plus.
Proficiency in conversational English is required for effective communication; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay would be an advantage.
Tech-savvy with smartphones and POS systems.
Resilient, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
Available for weekends and public holidays (rostered).
Full-Time: 5.5-day week (Mon–Sat); hours vary by operations.
Part-Time: Flexible shifts based on availability and operational needs.
