Customer Service Executive
- Provide sales support for customers.
- Manage daily air and ocean freight requests (import/export), including creating detailed quotations for projects and cross-trade.
- Address inquiries for customers
- Respond to international requests and provide quotations as needed.
- Support Managers and Operations in overseeing customer service and sales assistance.
- Min 2 years of experience in handling Airfreight and/ or Ocean freight.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin language, to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics, including import, export, and cross-trade.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
