Maintenance Operations & Equipment Reliability
- Oversee maintenance of ACMV, M&E, kitchen equipment, and building facilities to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, air-conditioning systems, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Investigate equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimise disruptions.
Facilities & Asset Management
- Develop preventive maintenance programmes to improve reliability and extend asset lifespan.
- Maintain maintenance records, manage spare parts, and coordinate statutory inspections, servicing, certification, equipment installation, and improvement projects.
Team Leadership & Safety
- Supervise technicians and contractors, allocate resources, and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, PTW requirements, and company policies through inspections and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in ACMV, M&E, or facilities maintenance.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in air-conditioning, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and building services.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor management, Microsoft Office, and WSH regulations. Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
