Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Lead and motivate front desk, therapists, and support staff to meet performance and service standards
- Manage appointment scheduling systems and monitor customer flow
- Support marketing and promotional activities to drive clinic traffic
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally
- Assist in inventory management and supplier coordination
- Prepare operational reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Able to work retail hours and weekends when required
