Job Description
We are seeking QA/QC Staff to support quality assurance and quality control activities within a pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing environment in Singapore. This is a 6-month contractual opportunity, with the possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will work closely with laboratory, quality, and operational teams to support day-to-day quality activities, maintain compliance standards, and ensure smooth laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support routine QA/QC activities within laboratory and manufacturing environments.
- Assist with laboratory testing, sample preparation, weighing, and related quality control activities.
- Support laboratory documentation, record keeping, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with validation and quality-related activities as required.
- Support laboratory equipment management, including calibration, maintenance, and service coordination.
- Monitor laboratory supplies and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Work closely with internal teams and service providers to resolve quality or operational issues.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements and other quality-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a chemistry, pharmaceutical, biological laboratory, or related support environment.
- Experience in QA/QC, laboratory operations, validation, compliance, or technical support will be advantageous.
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
- A team player with an assertive, results-oriented approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
