📍Location: Tai seng 
⏰Working Hours: Office hour 
Monday-Friday


✅ Job Scope:

  • Monitored inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliations.
  • Investigated discrepancies, identified root causes, and implemented corrective actions.
  • Managed SAP and WMS systems, including master data, access, controls, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinated inventory activities with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Provided system/process training, supported improvement projects, and ensured SOP compliance.


💡 Requirements: 

  • Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or management.
  • Knowledge of inventory movements, cycle counting, stock-taking, and reconciliation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP/WMS experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and discrepancy investigation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Able to conduct system/process training and support improvement projects.
  • Willing to travel to hospitals or other locations for inventory counts when required.
