Kitchen Crew / Kitchen Assistant (Salad & Grain Bowl) 🥗
📍 Westgate
🕒 Full-Time or Part time Position
Singaporeans, PRs, & LTVP Holders only.
Job Description:
- Prepare ingredients including washing, cutting, portioning, and cooking.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, rice cookers, stoves, and other food preparation equipment according to recipes and SOPs.
- Assemble salad bowls and food orders accurately during serving hours.
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously over the counter in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and receive deliveries.
- Track, reconcile, and verify daily sales reports & sales orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Assist with stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, and general kitchen duties as required.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with an active, hands-on role that involves standing and moving around during shifts.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1 is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred.
Work Schedule
- 6-12 hours flexible shift
- 5 or 6-day work week
