💼 What You'll Do
Your responsibilities include:
- 🌟 Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism
- 📅 Manage appointments and respond to customer enquiries
- 📞 Handle bookings via phone, Email, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- 💳 Process payments and perform cashiering duties
- 🗂️ Maintain customer records and perform basic administrative tasks
- 🤝 Work closely with therapists and outlet teams to ensure smooth daily operations
