RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced / deployed to:
📍Location: Tampines / Labrador Park (can choose!)
💸Pay: Up to $3000
⌛Duration: 6/12 months extendable
🕓Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 9am-6:30pm, Fri 9am-5:30pm
📝Responsibilities
- Daily reconciliation/proofing of General Ledger (GL) and Nostro (Cash accounts) on transactions for Cards Operations Processing Centre
- Investigation of GL outages and discrepancies
- Timely escalation of aged items in GL to stakeholders and ensure proper follow up and resolution of cases.
- Process day-to-day transactions promptly with vigilance
- Liaise with both internal and external customers on instructions as and when needed
- Filing, data entry and reconciling of reports
- Provide administrative support
- Other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned
✅Requirements
- Min 'A' Level and above
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good working attitude, responsible and proactive
- Strong follow-up skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
