  • Delivery, loading and unloading of deliverables and event materials.
  • Assist in event setup and teardown (e.g. loading, moving, arranging event props, furniture, and equipment).
  • Ensure that the delivery and event schedules are followed.
  • Ensure all delivery and event receipts or job sheets are properly signed and submitted.
  • Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standards and guidelines.
  • To send vehicle for servicing or maintenance when due and ensure cash card/top-up balance is sufficient.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle and report any damage immediately.
  • Support event team during onsite operations such as logistics handling, manpower coordination, and client assistance.
  • Abide by all traffic and transportation laws, maintaining a safe driving record at all times.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company or Manager.
