Key Responsibilities
- Check collected items against relevant orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Create, process, and update orders in the system promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all order information, statuses, and delivery details are correctly maintained.
- Prepare and organise orders for courier collection and handover.
- Coordinate closely with couriers to ensure the correct orders are handed over to the appropriate courier.
- Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up on delays, discrepancies, or incomplete fulfilment.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, couriers, and the internal operations team.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, order statuses, and courier handovers.
- Identify and promptly escalate missing items, incorrect orders, delays, or other operational issues.
- Follow company procedures relating to confidentiality, data protection, operational security, and handling of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment throughout the day.

- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working to fixed schedules and deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a wider team.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using order management or operational systems.
- Previous experience in logistics, fulfilment, courier operations, administration, or a similar environment is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
Working Days / Hours:
5-day work week
Shift 1 - 7.30am to 5.00pm (Thurs to Mon)
Shift 2 - 12.30pm to 10.00pm (Sat to Wed)
