Job Responsibilities
- Follow Forbes sequence of service
- Maintain complete knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, glassware, garnishes and preparation standards.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to outlet standards.
- Maintain bar stations, storage areas, equipment, par levels and cleanliness.
- Conduct monthly inventory stock counts.
- Review daily specials, unavailable items, VIP arrivals and operational updates before service.
- Communicate closely with Captains, Service Attendants and Managers to ensure smooth beverage service.
- Communicate guest preferences to Hosts, Service Attendants and feedback to Managers and fulfilled guest expectations.
- Support upselling, event preparation, training sessions for training purpose to others Team members.
- Able to work in different duties when needed and support Premium 55 F&B restaurant.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 12 months in bartending experience
Other Prerequisite
- Meet the legal age to handle alcohol for work purposes
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
- Positive attitude and willing to learn and growth in hospitality industry within premium luxury service environment.
