Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent service
- Manage manpower deployment, staff scheduling and daily work assignments
- Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of store targets
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, properly displayed and merchandised
- Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy and stock replenishment
- Conduct stock checks and minimize stock loss / wastage
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
- Coach and train team members to improve service and operational performance
- Support promotions, seasonal campaigns and other store activities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operational and administrative duties
Requirements
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good leadership and people management abilities
- Organised, responsible and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
