- 📅 Must commit at least 8 hours on weekends
🏊♂️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 👥 Conduct engaging lessons as a co-facilitator using our guided curriculum
- 📲 Update students’ learning progress through our system
- 🤗 Build rapport with children and parents while maintaining professionalism
- 💦 Help students develop confidence and water-safety awareness
- 🏅 Demonstrate correct techniques and guide parents during class
- ✔️ Correct faults and coach students based on our syllabus
- 🧰 Ensure equipment is used safely and properly
✔️ JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 🎓 Minimum NITEC / Professional Certificate & above
- ❤️ Passionate, patient, and committed to working with children
- 🗣️ Good communication skills; comfortable engaging with families
- ⚡ High energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate kids
- 🚨 Able to stay calm and respond appropriately in emergencies
