5-Month Contract, Convertible
Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500
Location: Woodlands
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Take over newly signed F&B clients from BD Managers.
- Provide ongoing customer service and account support.
- Build client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Attend to enquiries, including social media.
- Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare basic client and sales progress reports.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B/FMCG.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
