About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and motivated Resource Planner to join our Resource Planning Department. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating people and resources, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule instructor deployments and daily assignments
- Coordinate manpower and resources to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Provide daily operational and administrative support
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met
- Follow up with internal departments and stakeholders on work progress
- Handle ad-hoc operational duties and planning assignments as required
About you
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in resource planning, operations, scheduling, administration, or a similar field is an advantage
- Quick-thinking, resourceful, and able to make sound decisions under pressure
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and prompt responses
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
