Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions
- Drive sales by achieving individual and store sales targets
- Process transactions accurately (cash, credit card, digital payments)
- Assist in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Stay updated on current promotions, new products, and brand guidelines
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience in sales or customer service (experience in fashion or footwear preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for women’s products and fashion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to take initiative and embrace challenges

- 5 days work week, 44 working hours per week
