Part-Time Community Outreach Executive –| 💰 Up to $14/hr
We are hiring Part-Time Community Outreach Executive to support customer service and centre operations at various locations across Singapore.
💰 Pay: $13/hr (weekdays) & $14.00/hr (weekends)
🗓️ Working Arrangement: Approximately 2–3 shifts per week, weekdays + weekends only
📍 Working Locations:
- AMK
- Bukit Canberra
- Tampines
- Woodlands
- Kampong Chai Chee
- Nee Soon
Deployment location will be assigned based on operational requirements.
🕘 Working Hours
Shifts may be scheduled within the following operating hours:
- 8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday; or
- 9.30am – 6.00pm, Monday to Sunday

💼 Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members of the public at the centre
- Provide assistance with digital access to government services
- Respond to general enquiries and provide appropriate information
- Gather and record customer feedback
- Support centre operations, events and administrative activities
- Report incidents or safety concerns when necessary
- Maintain a safe, welcoming and pleasant environment for members of the public
✅ Requirements
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using digital devices and online platforms
- Able to stand and interact with members of the public for extended periods
- Responsible, approachable and able to work independently
- Able to commit to weekend shifts

- This is a part-time, weekends-only position.
- Specific work location and shift schedule will be assigned based on operational requirements.
