Temp - Long Term Patient Service Associate / Dental Assistant (Training Provided) #HCGA
Job Description:
- Providing frontline customer service and handling of any registrations, and appointments
- Working closely with the practitioners and nurses to provide excellent patient care
- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses
- Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries
- Assist in chair assisting if required
- Collection of payments and basic admin duties
- Ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum N/O/A Levels/NITEC/Diploma
- Able to commit a minimum of 3 months
- Willing to walk and stand for long hours
- Experience not a must as training will be provided
- Office hours, 5.5 days/ Shift hours available
- Able to start immediately/on short notice
