  • Respond and attend to guest, kitchen, and F&B outlet repair requests.
  • Communicate with guests/customers and F&B teams to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen appliances, food service equipment, and mechanical systems.
  • Visually inspect kitchen equipment, tools, and machinery.
  • Operate shut-off valves for kitchen equipment, gas, water, electrical systems, and building utilities.
  • Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as required.
  • Display basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, gas systems, and general building maintenance.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, combi ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, food warmers, and related electrical and plumbing components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems, cold rooms, freezer rooms, kitchen ventilation, exhaust systems, and grease traps.
  • Use the Lockout/Tagout system before carrying out maintenance work.
  • Update maintenance records and schedules using basic computer applications.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained in a safe, hygienic, and operational condition.
  • Perform any other duties/tasks as assigned by management.
