Location: Changi Airport
🗓️ 6 days/week
⏰ Pre-planned shifts of 8–9 hours
🔄 Shift work required

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly service to passengers at check-in counters and departure gates
Assist passengers with travel documents, flight information and general enquiries
Support passengers requiring special assistance and ensure a smooth travel experience
Perform passenger service system transactions accurately
Assist with premium lounge operations when required
Handle passenger requests and provide timely solutions to service-related matters

Requirements

Customer-facing experience is an advantage
Minimum N/O/A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented with a positive attitude
Comfortable working shifts and in a fast-paced airport environment
