We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our Singapore retail team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage warmly with customers to understand their preferences and needs, providing expert advice on LUAH’s hypoallergenic and life-proof jewelry collections.
Deliver personalized product presentations, highlighting key features such as durability, sustainability, and design innovation to enhance customer appreciation and sales conversion.
Achieve individual sales targets and actively contribute to overall store performance and team goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LUAH’s products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable checkout experience.
Proactively support inventory management by ensuring efficient stock replenishment, organization, and adherence to loss prevention protocols.
Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining attractive, clean, and well-organized product displays consistent with LUAH’s brand standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to uphold LUAH’s reputation for excellence.
Participate in store events, promotions, and community activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the jewelry or fashion industries.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage to serve a diverse clientele
Enthusiastic about learning product knowledge and developing sales skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
A proactive, team-player attitude aligned with LUAH’s values of sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity.
