- Monday - Friday, 8.30AM-6PM
- $12/hour
- Minimum commitment 2-3 months
- Location: Central (Raffles Place / Marina Bay)
Job Scope :
- Job Description
- Welcome and assist visitors, guests, staff, and couriers, including providing directions and handling enquiries.
- Manage meeting room bookings, setups, and daily room operations, including VIP/executive meetings and events.
- Conduct meeting room welcome briefings and ensure rooms meet required setup standards.
- Coordinate beverages, catering, vendors, stewardesses, and technicians for meetings and events.
- Handle mail, taxi bookings, guest amenities, and other concierge services.
- Maintain meeting room schedules, monitor no-shows, and send booking reminders.
- Report facility faults and follow up on feedback regarding facilities and services.
- Maintain knowledge of office facilities, operating hours, and nearby CBD amenities.
- Prepare weekly room, release, and staffing schedules/reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc reception and administrative duties as required by the client.
