Assembly Technician | 4-3-3-4 shift pattern🗓️| High Gross $3500💰 #KEN
- Basic Salary: Up to $2,800
- Overtime Payable (Gross up to $4,000++)
- AWS (13th Month)
- Performance Bonus
- Annual Leave & Medical Leave
- Working Hours: 4-3-3-4 shift pattern (rotate quarterly)
Day Shift ($18/day allowance)
Time: 8:00 AM – 8:15 PM
Night Shift ($38/day allowance)
Time: 8:00 PM – 8:15 AM
- Woodlands (Transport Provided)
🔍 Job Responsibilities
- Assembly of semiconductor wafer components
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Perform basic inspection and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Carry out routine maintenance and simple troubleshooting
- Follow cleanroom and safety procedures strictly
✅ Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Engineering or relevant working experience
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
