📢 We’re Hiring: Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
📍 Location: Bedok South
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 (depending on experience, particularly in logistics operations)
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Visually inspecting packages for damage and signing for deliveries from vendors (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
- Counting and verifying materials against packing sheets, maintaining receiving logs, and updating transfer functions in RAMCO.
- Matching products with generated travelers and delivering documents to QA Inspection.
- Maintaining receiving logs for all receipts and initiating damaged material claims as needed.
- Scanning copies of Packing Lists, QA documents, and Receipt Travelers daily.
- Generating Commercial Invoice/Packing List once final QA inspection is completed and product is certified.
- Packing repaired LRUs/parts and materials for shipment, generating airway bills, and arranging transportation.
- Handling shipping of Strategic Goods, including permit applications and export arrangements with FedEx.
- Receiving and shipping products according to production schedules.
- Sending shipping acknowledgment emails to customers.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level, ITE, or Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in shipping and receiving
- Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Oracle is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Ability to work professionally across departments and manage delivery/receiving processes.
