Job Descriptions:
- Receiving and registration of clients.
- Attending to calls and emails
- Assisting clients’ requests and queries regarding appointments, medication, products and services.
- Collection of payment and dispensing of products/ herbal medication.
- Manage the clinic's inventory count and order stock and supplies when low
Requirements:
- Service-oriented, confident and team player
- Good communication skill
- Full-time position entails working a 5 full work-day shift week (weekend duties included.)
- Able to proactively handle unexpected situations
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast- paced environment
- Internal training will be provided
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or physician
