Bukit Timah - (Sixth Avenue MRT)
Boat Quay - (Raffles Place MRT)
Siglap, Upper East Coast Rd - (Bedok MRT / Bus Svc: 10, 12, 13, 14, 16)
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve food to standard
- Follow instructions for food preparation
- Coordinate with cooks for efficient service
- Control costs by minimizing waste and adhering to portion sizes
- Maintain and clean equipment and inform supervisors of issues
- Attend training and staff meetings, providing improvement suggestions
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations
- Assist in stock handling and storage
- Maintain a clean kitchen and foster a positive work environment
Requirements :
1) Relevant skills & F&B experience required accordingly.
2) Food Hygiene Certification.
3) Able to work split shifts on weekends and public holidays.
4) Occasional off days on weekends.
