JOB PURPOSE

To assist the Chef and ensure the smooth operations of Beanstro Café and Hybrid Kitchen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out instruction given out by the Chef.
  • Follow the Kitchen SOP.
  • Control and maintain food quality.
  • Ensure upmost hygiene condition of the kitchen.
  • Follow instruction pertaining to proper handling of equipments and its safety rules.
  • Churn out customer’s order for the kitchen.
  • Ensure quality check on products from the kitchen.
  • Monitor freezer stock and report to Chef.
  • Practice “First in, First out” method.

MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY

  • Basic Food & Hygiene Certification 
  • Computer literate
  • Able to communicate in English (Oral and Written)
  • Passion/interest in culinary
  • Able to work during weekends and public holidays
