The Role
- Keep daily floor operations running smoothly
- Welcome guests and deliver warm, attentive service
- Manage bookings, walk-ins and table flow
- Recommend food, coffee and beverages to guests
- Work closely with the kitchen and barista team
- Support and guide the team during busy service
- Maintain service, cleanliness and safety standards
We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoys working with people and providing good service
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with a hands-on attitude
- F&B experience is a plus. Experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role.
