IT Project Manager
Job Scope
- Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of systems, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and integration projects to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with statutory obligations.
- Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity, ensuring high availability and reliability of mission‑critical applications.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and post‑implementation reviews to ensure systems meet functional and compliance standards.
- Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance reviews to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support.
- Provide project reporting, documentation, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure systems adhere to governance, audit, and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to sensitive personal and religious data.
Requirements
- IT project management experience, with exposure to government or regulated environments preferred.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise applications, including requirements analysis, vendor management, and system implementation.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Experience with system integration, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with public‑sector IT governance, audit requirements, and security standards.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
