Maintenance Technician (F&B)
Job Description
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of F&B equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot, maintenance and repair of equipment in the outlets.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Report on maintenance issues and to liaise with external vendors on major repairs works.
- Maintain outlet facilities, including lighting, water supply systems, doors, locks, and other building fixtures.
- Upkeep of maintenance records & service reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or technician support.
- Class 3 driving license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
- Required to work on weekends, and public holidays.
