Logistics Specialist (Class 3) | 5-Day Work Week | Loyang
Location: SIA Supplies Centre, Loyang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Overtime: Required when operationally necessary
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, loading and unloading of goods.
- Carry out deliveries and collections using a company vehicle.
- Ensure goods are handled, stored and transported safely and securely.
- Maintain accurate inventory, delivery and transaction records.
- Assist with asset management and stock checks.
- Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies and other warehouse issues promptly.
- Comply with workplace safety, security and operational procedures.
- Support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Perform other logistics and warehouse duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum N-Level qualification.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
- At least 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics or delivery experience preferred.
- Forklift licence will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving heavy items.
- Able to perform overtime when required.
- Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work well in a team.
