Working Location: Capella, Sentosa , Shuttle provided to and from Harbour Front
Working Hours: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Salary: $14–$15/hr
Attire: Full black attire; event jacket will be provided
About the Role
Seeking Experienced Part-Time Event Ushers to support a corporate event at Capella Singapore.
This is a formal event requiring ushers who are professional, well-presented and confident when interacting with senior-level guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide guests at the event venue
- Assist with guest arrival and ushering duties
- Support guest movement and directions within the venue
- Provide professional assistance to guests when required
- Coordinate with the event team to ensure smooth event operations
- Assist with other event-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior event ushering, hospitality, or front-facing customer service experience preferred
- Professional and well-presented
- Confident and courteous when interacting with guests
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, responsible and service-oriented
