Responsibility:

Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Verify, match, and enter supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
Process vendor payments, inter-company invoices, and inter-company billings.
Prepare and issue debit notes, credit notes, and customer invoices where required.
Reconcile vendor statements of account (SOA), customer accounts, and bank accounts.
Record daily receipts (Cash, NETS, EZ-Link, etc.) and maintain the cash book.
Maintain vending collection and records, including commission calculations and monthly statements.
Maintain the fixed asset register and process monthly depreciation.
Process petty cash reimbursements and prepare monthly journal entries.
Perform daily cash counts and cash at the bank at least twice a week.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR).
