Duration: 1-year contract, renewable
Location: Novena, near MRT
Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
Job Responsibilities
- Support HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle and offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters and employee records.
- Coordinate medical screening, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
- Handle work pass administration, renewals and cancellations.
- Maintain employee data and process probation confirmations and contract renewals.
- Support resignations, clearance and exit documentation.
- Attend to HR enquiries and ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Support HR projects, SOP updates and other HR Shared Services activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
- HR administration, HR operations or shared services experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SuccessFactors experience is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused and a good team player.
