You will be responsible for fulfilling grocery orders from our online customers.
- Fulfil grocery orders from our online customers
- Pick and pack grocery products into proper bags/boxes according to SOPs
- Prepare orders to ensure they are ready for delivery
- Organize the sorting of packed goods according to zone and timeslot
- Ensure orders picked are in good condition in terms of packaging, expiry dates, freshness, etc.
- Ensure sufficient level of care and attention is given throughout the fulfillment process
- Ensure the order completion rate to be hitting a certain target for the day
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of accuracy while receiving stocks
- Replenish products of all categories on shelves
- Assist in other processes such as stocktake/cycle counts
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic IT proficiency in using smartphones
- Able to carry loads of about 15kg
Working Hours:
- 6 day work week including weekends and PHs
- Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:20 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:20 PM, and 2:00 PM - 10:20 PM
