PM Technicians

We are looking for motivated technicians to support high-volume semiconductor manufacturing operations. If you enjoy hands-on technical work, troubleshooting equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment, we welcome you to join us.
Working Hours
Permanent Day Shift
- 7:00am to 7:00pm
Permanent Night Shift
- 7:00pm to 7:00am
Shift Pattern
- 3 Working Days → 4 Rest Days
- 4 Working Days → 3 Rest Days
- Fixed permanent shift (no rotation)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on semiconductor production equipment, including handlers, testers, and supporting systems.
- Carry out machine setup, conversion, and product changeovers according to established specifications and procedures.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Support daily equipment operation, setup, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other digital tools.
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production personnel to achieve operational targets.
Requirements
- Diploma, NITEC, or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Familiar with hand tools such as screwdrivers, spanners, wrenches, drills, and soldering tools.
- Basic knowledge of measurement and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) will be an advantage.
- Able to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment and wear cleanroom attire.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to follow work instructions and adapt to changing operational requirements.
