What You'll Do
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to handover.
- Follow up on leads and develop opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Build customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
- Advise on financing, insurance and trade-ins.
- Negotiate professionally while protecting customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Maintain your sales pipeline and achieve targets.
- Work with Operations, Finance, Insurance and Aftersales teams.
Who We're Looking For
- Sales experience in automotive, retail, business development or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Confident communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales mindset and follow-up discipline.
- Driven, resilient and comfortable with rejection.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
