Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate, confidential, and up to date.
- Administer employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit procedures.
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and HR information systems.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support managers in performance management initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support organizational development and change management projects.
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in using People Central and Infotech will be an added advantage
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
