Health Promoter Needed!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support enrolment by engaging patients and residents through small group sessions or one-to-one discussions at hospitals, booths, and community locations.
- Guide patients through the mobile app or system to complete their enrolment.
- Explain the benefits of and encourage patients to attend their first Health Plan review.
- Encourage patients to follow recommended preventive health plans and return for their annual review.
- Attend to questions and provide assistance to patients and caregivers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
