Logistics Storekeeper (Central Kitchen)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Logistics Storekeeper to join our Central Kitchen team. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations including receiving, storing, picking, issuing and monitoring inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and check incoming goods against delivery orders, purchase orders and specifications.
Arrange and store goods systematically in the designated storage areas.
Ensure proper stock arrangement (with FIFO/FEFO principles) for easy identification and retrieval.
Perform picking and issuing of goods according to daily operational requirements.
Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
Investigate and report discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages or excess stock.
Monitor stock levels and highlight items that require replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping and safety standards within the working areas.
Assist in loading, unloading and movement of goods when required.
Coordinate with other relevant departments on stock requirements.
Perform other logistics, warehouse and store-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, storekeeping or inventory operations.
Able to perform physical work, including lifting and moving goods.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems will be an advantage.
Willing to work in a Central Kitchen environment and support operational requirements.
