🚕 EXECUTIVE, PARTNER SALES (UP TO $4,900 BASIC + COMMISSIONS / PERMANENT / EAST) 🚕
💰 Salary: Up to $4,900 / month (Commensurate with experience) + Attractive Commissions!
🏖️ Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Variable Bonus
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm)
📍 Location: East Singapore (Changi South area)
Job Scope:
▪️ Source, acquire, and onboard new drivers through leads, walk-ins, and outreach 🚗
▪️ Pitch leasing packages, explain rental terms, and close sales to meet monthly KPIs 🎯
▪️ Guide drivers through documentation, account setup, and vehicle collection 📑
▪️ Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handovers and post-sales support 🤝
🎯 Requirements:
▪️ Diploma or equivalent qualification 📜
▪️ Minimum 2 years of sales experience
▪️ Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A Driving License 🚘
▪️ Comfortable engaging frontline drivers with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills 🌟
▪️ Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset 🚀
