Job scope
- Maintain system accuracy by performing timely data entry into ERP/WMS systems for all stock movements.
- Lead stock control efforts through regular physical counts, variance investigations, and FIFO/FEFO compliance monitoring.
- Manage warehouse paperwork for all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure records are audit-ready.
- Coordinate daily admin tasks with floor staff to verify receiving and issuing documents against physical stock.
- Bridge internal teams by aligning with Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies and communicate shortages.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations, with experience in food distribution, FMCG, or cold-chain operations an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
