Job Scope
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers & bed allocation
- Support patient flow and bed management operations
- Liaise with hospital teams and external vendors
- Assist with administrative work, enquiries & reports
- Support daily operations and ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with basic computer applications (MS Office / admin systems)
- Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
