Permanent Payroll & Accounts Executive at Tanjong Pagar, $2,800 - $3,500 (Office hours)

Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary computation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with Singapore payroll regulations, including CPF, SDL, IRAS, and MOM requirements.
Prepare payroll reports, maintain payroll records, and respond to payroll-related enquiries.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients and maintain accurate accounting records.
Record receipts, reconcile customer payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
Assist with month-end closing and basic financial reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of payroll and accounting records.
Support ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma, LCCI, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Basic accounting knowledge is required.
Experience in payroll processing is preferred.
Familiarity with Singapore payroll regulations (CPF, SDL, IRAS, MOM) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience with accounting or payroll software is an advantage.
Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
