Location: Jewel Changi Airport
Working Hours: 5-day week, early morning shifts 6am onwards. 44-hours work week.
About Us
We're an established café at Jewel Changi Airport serving freshly baked pastries, viennoiserie, and brunch, with catering and bakery production alongside our daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist in daily production of pastries, breads, and baked goods (croissants, shio pan, and more)
- Prepare doughs, laminate, shape, proof, and bake under guidance of senior bakers
- Support catering and special order production
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery
- Assist with stock checks and ingredient prep
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of baking experience (café, bakery, or hotel background welcome)
- Basic knowledge of doughs and pastry; lamination experience is a plus
- Able to start early morning shifts and work weekends/PH on rotation
- Team player, willing to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced airport environment
- Food Safety Course Level 1 certified (or willing to obtain)
