We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cafe Service Crew to join our dynamic team.
As a Café Service Crew, you will play an essential role in delivering friendly and efficient service to customers, preparing quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Take and process orders accurately at the counter or table.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light food items.
- Ensure tables, counters, and café areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Assist with stock replenishment and café upkeep.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer inquiries.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and café service standards.
- Work as a team to support smooth café operations.
