✨ What You'll Do
Deliver Great Customer Experience
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, personalised service
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable skincare products
- Handle customer questions and feedback with warmth and professionalism
Know the Products
- Build up-to-date knowledge of product ingredients, benefits and usage
- Confidently recommend products based on customers' needs
- Stay informed about beauty trends and new product launches
Keep the Store Running
- Replenish stock and conduct stock counts
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and tester standards
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Maintain product displays according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Support in-store campaigns, promotions and product launches
- Assist with basic floor supervision and step up as floor lead when required

- Have a genuine interest in beauty and skincare
- Enjoy interacting with and helping customers
- Are friendly, positive, resilient and willing to learn
- Have an ownership mindset and take pride in your work
- Are comfortable using POS and store systems
- Have an interest in beauty trends and social media/content creation — a bonus
- Are a fresh graduate, new to retail or moving from another retail category — training will be provided
📌 Employment Details
- Full-time, 5-day work week
- Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Applicants who are legally eligible to work in Singapore, including existing Work Permit holders, are welcome to apply. Hiring is subject to applicable MOM requirements and work pass eligibility.
